We evaluate the latest technologies to create personalized, physician-supervised programs from diagnostics to treatment. For the first time our customers can take full advantage of machine learning and the world’s leading experts to stitch together a complete picture of health. We help our customers test and analyze:
-
Biomarkers are objective indicators used to assess normal or pathological processes, evaluate responses to treatment and predict outcomes.
-
Genetic data is capture from a sample of DNA to look for mutations (changes) that may increase risk of disease or affect the way a person responds to treatment.
-
Epigenetic analysis is the study of heritable changes that are distinct from changes in DNA sequence. Epigenetic changes include covalent modifications to the DNA bases or histone proteins that make up chromatin; they can be influenced by the environment and transmitted through DNA replication.
-
Whole body, radiation-free MRI scans allow our patients to focus on early detection of over 500 cancers, diseases, inflammation or obstructive processes in the body. In the head, the exam can show brain masses, shrinkage, old strokes, the sinuses and nasal cavities.
-
Microbiome tests measure the microorganisms in a person's gastrointestinal (GI) tract. These tests can give the person an idea of the types and amounts of microorganisms in their gut. This technology is early in its development, however we believe it will be critical to build baseline data ahead of the future development of action-oriented diagnostics.
-
We receive daily sleep data on behalf of our customers from devices like Oura and Whoop but also recommend sleep tests for customers with specific challenges.
The in-lab sleep test, also known as a polysomnogram (PSG) test, records brain activity, eye movements, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and body movements while you sleep.
-
A VO2 max test is a maximal exercise test performed on a treadmill or bike while connected to a machine capable of analyzing your expired air. Your test provides data on how much oxygen you use as you exercise and determines the maximal oxygen you can consume during exercise. This is a gold-standard measurement of endurance.
-
A dietary analysis is a nutritional assessment that allows "technicians" to analyze the patterns, quantity, and nutritional quality of food consumed by an individual. By creating a "day" food log in services like MyFitnessPal, a dietary analysis can be made to measure total energy consumption, nutrient intake, and nutrient diversity. Records of food intake will be analyzed using a nutrition software program that is capable of analyzing over 60 different nutrients.
-
Body Composition Testing provides an overview of your total body composition, broken down into total body fat %, total mass, fat tissue, lean tissue, and bone mineral content. These metrics can be used to establish your baseline from which future scans will be compared.
-
Proteomics is valuable in determining the biological age of our patients. It also enables correlations to be drawn between the range of proteins produced by a cell or tissue and the initiation or progression of a disease state.
“Aging is a disease and that disease is treatable”
— David Sinclair
